Job summary

U.S. Bank is leading a digital transformation and seeks a Senior ServiceNow Catalog Engineer to design, build, and optimize the ServiceNow catalog.

You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional catalog items and automated workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and user experience standards. The role emphasizes hands-on development, deployment, and ongoing support across catalog modules, with mentoring for junior engineers and collaboration with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
Availability to support production releases on Wednesday evenings.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and HTML/CSS within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, including variables and workflows.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate into catalog solutions.
Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, or Script Includes for automation.
Configure scripts, UI policies, and ACLs for dynamic catalog behavior.
Provide documentation and training for catalog item usage and administration.
