• 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design or requirements definition.
• 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• CSA certification is a bonus point for the role.
• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope and steps.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and integrate new processes.
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements.
• Assist with communicating changes to Business Systems teams and stakeholders.
• Support design and delivery of training and orientation programs for process changes.
