Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale design, governance, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions remotely for U.S. clients.

You will collaborate with executives, architects, and delivery teams to modernize platforms and drive digital transformation across global organizations. You will guide architectures across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and more, while shaping integrations with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years IT experience with enterprise technology consulting and architecture.
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, integrations, security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, strategy, and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with governance.
• Architect and guide ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow and cloud platforms & systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural oversight.
