Job summary

Johnson Technology Systems, Inc. (JTSi) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to guide the most complex ServiceNow implementations and mentor developers and business process consultants. You will design end-to-end solutions, manage integrations and ensure best practices across the platform.

The role allows remote work with preference for candidates near Herndon, VA; if local, onsite 4 days per week. The position offers a salary of $187K–$192K.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow architect with end-to-end platform design ownership.
• RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, scoped application architecture.
• Inbound/outbound integration design (scripted REST APIs, mTLS, certificate/keystore handling)
• Data model design and knowledge/user criteria access control
• Federal delivery experience (FedRAMP, Section 508, CUI)
• US person, CONUS-based work only

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations.
• Mentor and lead developers & business process consultants.
• Work independently and manage change ambiguity with strong time management.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to the team effort.
