Job summary

Credence in Tysons, VA, seeks a ServiceNow Architect to guide architecture, implement, and maintain innovative ServiceNow solutions across the DLA Enterprise platform.

This role requires hands-on experience with ITSM/CSM modules, knowledge management, CMDB, and strong JavaScript/APIs skills. A US citizen with DoD clearance eligibility is required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related discipline or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Five years total work experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications required.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and core concepts.
• Experience with APIs in ServiceNow and low-code/no-code development.
• Experience with web services integration.
• Familiarity with SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned to architecture principles.
• Serve as technical gateway between designs and delivery.
• Provide insight into ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap.
• Lead requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Oversee platform sustainment and go-live support.
• Collaborate with SMEs and senior leadership to meet requirements.
• Present solution approaches to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective utilization of platform to drive business outcomes.
