You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows and applications, drive platform enhancements, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage Agile development processes, guide best practices, and lead updates and upgrades while ensuring alignment with IT strategy and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Professional ServiceNow certifications (Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, or System Administrator) preferred.
