Qualifications

• Design, develop, test and support the ServiceNow platform for ITSM stakeholders.
• Mentor software engineers to grow talent within the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Dev, Test, Production environments for Admin in ServiceNow.
• Create and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations.
• Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities for multi-cloud provisioning and governance.
• Provide knowledge transfer and top-level support to team members.
