Qualifications

Senior Technical Lead/Architect with 8+ years of experience.
Experience in ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, VA within ServiceNow.
Basic Cloud fundamentals; Windows/Unix admin.
Infrastructure setup knowledge (Server/Network/Storage).
Understanding Monitoring tools.
ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
Knowledge of base platform & reports.
Scripting & RegEx (JAVA, Unix Shell, PowerShell).
REST API / SOAP integrations.
Unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, UAT.
Repeatable dev/test/prod environments with high availability.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Agile/Scrum knowledge; SDLC awareness.
