Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide technical leadership for a large, multi-module ServiceNow environment supporting a federal customer. You will own architecture, standards, and strategy for upgrades and new implementations, guiding development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include defining the architecture roadmap, leading complex upgrades and integrations, enforcing security patterns and governance, and mentoring senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for large, complex environments.
• Experience leading upgrades and multi-module implementations.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design for complex upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations.
• Establish and enforce development standards, security patterns, and governance practices aligned with federal requirements.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior and mid-level developers.
• Partner with stakeholders and federal customers to translate business needs into platform architecture.
