Job summary

Xlysi LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in Minneapolis, MN. This on-site role requires 10+ years of ServiceNow expertise across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and the Service Portal/Employee Center.

You will drive platform governance, architect end-to-end solutions, integrate using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and mentor development teams.

Qualifications

Extensive ServiceNow expertise across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and portal.
Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, App Engine.
Strong JavaScript and Glide API development skills.
Proven experience leading large ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
Architect solutions across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
Drive governance, best practices, scalability, and performance.
Develop and support integrations via REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
Configure ServiceNow using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
