Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer to modernize our enterprise ServiceNow platform and transform legacy implementations into scalable, AI-enabled solutions. The role leads modernization efforts including migrating Global applications to Scoped Apps and adopting Flow Designer and AI-assisted development.

The successful candidate will craft upgrade-safe components, oversee integrations with REST, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, and champion enterprise-grade engineering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with ServiceNow.
• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
• Experience migrating Global Applications to Scoped Applications.
• Experience converting Legacy Workflow to Flow Designer.
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Studio, UI Builder.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform modernization by migrating Global Apps to Scoped Apps.
• Refactor legacy customizations into upgrade-safe components.
• Develop and govern AI-assisted ServiceNow workflows and code.
• Design reusable flows, actions, and flow logic in Flow Designer.
• Implement CI/CD, ATF, and best deployment practices.
