Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer to modernize and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This individual contributor role focuses on transforming legacy implementations into scalable, AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

You will lead modernization initiatives such as migrating Global applications to Scoped Applications, migrating Legacy Workflow to Flow Designer, and adopting AI-assisted development with Now Assist and Build Agent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, including 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture.
Experience migrating Global Applications to Scoped Applications.
Experience converting Legacy Workflow to Flow Designer.
Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and Workspace development.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization initiatives including migrating Global Applications to Scoped Applications.
Refactor legacy customizations into upgrade-safe platform components.
Reduce technical debt and improve maintainability and platform performance.
Modernize legacy implementations to align with ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Assess Legacy Workflow and migrate to Flow Designer; design reusable Flows, Subflows and Actions.
Develop enterprise apps using App Engine; configure Forms, Workspaces, UI Builder, Service Catalog, and more.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related patterns.
Establish CI/CD, ATF, code reviews, and deployment best practices.
