Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Business Analyst for a fully remote contract position. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into AI-enabled ServiceNow use cases and requirements, focusing on Now Assist and related AI capabilities.

You will define AI scope, ensure governance, and shape metrics to measure value, while collaborating with product owners, architects, and developers across ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in enterprise tech.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience and ITSM knowledge.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in ServiceNow.
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled use cases, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a clear backlog of AI-enabled ServiceNow work items with business value and acceptance criteria.
• Define AI decisioning boundaries and human review points within AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify data, privacy, security, and access constraints aligned with enterprise policies.
