Base pay range

$86,400.00/yr - $162,000.00/yr

The role

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator with expertise in Human Resources Services Delivery (HRSD) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD.

What you’ll do

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize the HRSD module
• Gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and support workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure configurations adhere to security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance
• Create technical documentation and training materials
• Support end-users with training and support
• Manage user roles, access controls, and security within HRSD
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders
• Support organizational goals as needed

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, especially in HRSD
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and architecture
• Experience with HRSD workflows and compliance tracking
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification
• Experience with HRSD implementation projects
