Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Fully Remote

Join our award-winning ServiceNow partner team as a Principal Technical Consultant and drive digital transformation for enterprise clients across the nation. This fully remote role offers the perfect blend of deep technical work and client engagement in a rapidly growing consultancy.

What You'll Do: Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across various ServiceNow applications including: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, and FSM modules while serving as the technical authority for client engagements. You'll architect solutions, mentor junior consultants, and build lasting client relationships through exceptional delivery and technical expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with strong development and configuration skills
• Proven consulting background with direct client-facing experience
• US Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility essential)
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications in Discovery, HAM, SAM, CSM, FSM, ITSM
