The role emphasizes safety, qualify certifications, and mentoring fellow technicians. You will handle make-readies, troubleshoot HVAC and electrical issues, perform pool and roof tasks, and help ensure every unit meets Mark-Taylor’s high standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry-specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO or similar).
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units for the community.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
