Mark-Taylor in Tempe, AZ, is hiring a Lead Service Technician at Nexa to keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor homes. You will help with make-ready units, repairs, and onsite safety.

You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool care, and carpentry tasks, train staff, and participate in on-call rotations. A strong benefits package and career growth await.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, and OSHA standards.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
• 2+ years experience as apartment maintenance or turn technician.

Mansioni

• Assist make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Provide daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for hazards and communicate risks to management.
• Share on-call duties and be available in uniform/badge when needed.
• Mentor other service technicians and maintain supplies.
• Assist in safety and compliance across the property.
