Improveit Home Remodeling seeks a motivated Senior Service Technician to join our growing 5-Star Service Team. This role involves fieldwork, taking precise measurements for new installations, and performing warranty services to uphold our 5-star standard.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in residential remodeling, strong customer-service focus, and reliable scheduling. You will interact directly with homeowners, work in the field, and contribute to a team-driven, award-winning company

Qualifications

• General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance.
• Ability to accurately take window and bathroom remodeling measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.
• Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy).
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing workloads.
• Familiarity with iPad usage, mobile smartphones, and business/technology applications.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on quality and results.
• Ability to maintain a preset schedule of job assignments.
• Well-organized and on-time for each appointment, without exception.
• Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to deliver a 5-star service experience.
• Obtain measurements in the field for new installations and warranty services.
• Manage time effectively to complete two to four appointments per day on average.
