Job summary

Mossy Auto Group in National City, CA is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. The Service Technician inspects, services, and prepares new and used vehicles to factory and dealership standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, quality work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of technician experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive wages up to $56 per hour including bonuses, ongoing training, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background required.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Clean & valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current models and vehicles to communicate with service staff.
• Perform repairs as specified on the repair order, with efficiency and quality.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, etc.).
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs and communicate with the Service Advisor.
