Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is seeking experienced Service Technicians for our high volume shop in California. The role inspects, services, and prepares vehicles to factory and dealership standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, quality work.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth, and a competitive pay scale with base hourly pay of $34–$45 plus a productivity bonus up to $56 per hour based on performance.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications ideal and OEM certifications encouraged.
• Strong automotive knowledge and background.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Must hold a clean, valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of current models and used vehicles.
• Perform repairs and services as specified on repair orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about job progress and estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Comply with company and legal requirements for vehicle repairs.
