Mossy Auto Group is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop in San Diego. You will inspect, service, and prepare new and used vehicles to factory and dealership standards, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely, quality work.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive wages with a base hourly rate of $34–$45 plus a productivity bonus up to $56 per hour, plus eligibility for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Must have clean and valid CA driver's license.
• OEM certifications are encouraged.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal repair requirements.
