Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of models and vehicles to communicate with service and sales staff.
• Perform repairs and service as per repair orders with efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
• Comply with company policies and legal requirements.
