Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our high-volume shop. The Service Technician inspects, services, and prepares new and used vehicles according to factory and dealership standards, ensuring customer satisfaction by completing work correctly and on time.

We offer a pay scale with base hourly wages between $34.00 and $45.00, plus a productivity bonus up to $56.00 per hour based on performance, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications ideal.
• Strong automotive knowledge and skills.
• Clean CA driver’s license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of current models and used vehicles.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed repairs and estimated times.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and comply with all company and legal requirements.
