Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on diagnostic work, timely repairs, and clear communication with branch support and customers.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with safety-aligned driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure parts availability.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
