Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is hiring a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers.

You will diagnose issues, provide status updates, and complete service calls efficiently. The role requires safety-conscious work, a valid license, and the ability to work on-call shifts. Whaley offers comprehensive benefits and a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
