Whaley Foodservice, LLC is a leading provider of maintenance, service, and repair for commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration. The role covers diagnostics, troubleshooting, and field service across multiple locations in the Southeast.

The Service Technician II position requires a minimum of three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver’s license, and completion of a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch staff and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
