Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC in the Southeast seeks a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-in units.

You will diagnose issues, communicate part orders and repair status, complete calls promptly, audit truck stock, and ensure safety for tools and vehicles while meeting on-call requirements. Three years of experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
