Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems across our Southeast locations. This role offers a competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a large service network.

The position requires three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver’s license, and completion of a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking/kitchen equipment, refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
