Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems across our Southeast network. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair, a valid driver’s license, and a proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
