Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, a leading Southeast commercial kitchen equipment repair company, is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers.

You will diagnose issues, communicate progress to clients and branch support, complete calls accurately and on time, and help keep trucks stocked. On-call duties, a competitive benefits package, and sign-on bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
