Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance or Service Technician experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, pool maintenance, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Strong customer service skills with residents, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to Service Technicians and assist with team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units when available.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform when needed.
