Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Lead Service Technician for Melody on Main to keep the community running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and make-readies, while delivering five-star service that makes residents feel at home.

The role requires advanced knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, plus EPA/CPO certifications; 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience; and the ability to work on-call while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances and OSHA standards.
• One or more industry-specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance roles is highly desirable.
• Basic written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units for the Community.
• Trouble-shoot and repair minor AC/heat, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform maintenance on vacant units and daily pool care with proper chemical balance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Manager of Facilities and Service.
