Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Senior Service Technician at our Randallstown community to maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and comply with applicable laws. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues and promptly respond to maintenance tickets.

We are seeking aSeniorService Technicianwith a \"Whatever It Takes\" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you willbe responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws.

As theSeniorService Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible fortrouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance withcompany standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regardingrepairs and updates

Compensation & Incentive

• Base Pay: $26.00-$30.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone
