Senior Service Technician Wanted – Be the Expert Others Count On!

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual with prior apartment maintenance experience for the role of Senior Maintenance Technician at our properties. In this position, you will:

1. Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Ensure the property’s interior and exterior meet company standards and legal requirements.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance tickets.
4. Follow up with residents and office staff regarding work status.
5. Participate in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend availability.

What we expect from you:

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Residence within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
