Essential JobResponsibilities
MailServices includesmetering,sorting,anddistributingmailand accountable packagesper schedule
Copy Services includesaccurately producingcopy,printand scan projectsperwritten instructions
Reception includesanswering incoming telephone calls androuting totheappropriateperson, willgreet and announce visitors in a friendly andprofessionalmanner
Hospitality Services includescoordination and upkeep of client conference rooms,common areasand kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
Floor Coordination includesthe upkeep of copy roomsandstocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
FacilitiesServices may includehanging pictures, small office moves, cleaningservicesand communication with key client contactsregardingbuilding/equipment concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma orGED
3+years workexperiencein office services
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability toresolve issues with professionalismandtact
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Abilityto grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of75lbs
Ability to walk, bend, kneel,standor sit for an extendedperiod of time
The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
