CLEAR is seeking a Sales and Service Ambassador to represent the brand with travelers at the point of service. You will drive membership growth, explain CLEAR benefits, and convert interactions into enrollments while delivering top-tier customer care in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll engage with travelers, maintain security protocols, meet daily sales targets, and adapt to a range of product offerings. This role requires energy, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and flexibility - varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: engage travelers and enroll new members.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service to travelers, members and prospects.
• Follow all security protocols and screening requirements.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling multiple offerings.
