Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing service experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing roofing crews or service operations.
• Experience with multiple roofing systems (BUR, TPO, PVC, EPDM, SPF, metal) and coatings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the commercial roofing service department.
• Manage and support multiple service crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality performance.
• Diagnose complex roofing issues and provide guidance to field personnel.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
• Ensure work meets company standards and manufacturer specs.
• Maintain safety culture and enforce policies.
• Train and develop Foremen and Technicians.
• Monitor profitability, labor efficiency, and departmental metrics.
• Conduct field inspections and quality audits.
• Review and approve digital work orders and service reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and issue resolution.
