Bigbelly in Methuen, MA is seeking a Senior Service Planner to orchestrate production scheduling, material control, and cross-site fulfillment across Methuen and Lexington. You will align service demand with capacity, drive procure-to-pay coordination, and lead cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements efficiently.

The role emphasizes detailed scheduling, inventory management, and proactive problem solving across multiple sites to ensure service readiness and on-time fulfillment.

Competenze

• 5-10 years of hands-on production planning, scheduling, and material control experience in a product-based manufacturing environment.
• Credentials like CPIM or CSCP from ASCM, or a Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain detailed assembly and fulfillment schedules and work orders based on service demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Prioritize service builds and kitting to maintain planned reorder point stocking levels.
• Oversee service demand planning and MRP execution.
• Monitor kit and raw material availability, manage replenishment levels, and coordinate with procurement to prevent bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-site material transfers and dual site builds.
• Serve as Service lead with operations, engineering, quality control, and customer service teams to align execution with customer support needs.
• Update and generate status reports for management on service execution performance and readiness metrics.
