Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee vegetation-management services across National Grid and utility contracts. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead a dispersed team of Line Clearance Managers and own operational, financial and health & safety performance for your area.

You will ensure works are completed safely, to specification, within contract requirements and targets, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering area

Qualifications

• Experience managing dispersed operational teams across multiple counties.
• Strong track record of delivering contractual, operational and financial targets.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, costs and P&L performance.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational delivery responsibility for the designated area.
• Deliver safe, efficient vegetation-management works to specification and right first time.
• Manage production volumes and contract profitability while maintaining client relationships.
• Lead, support and develop Line Clearance Managers and their teams.
• Promote health, safety and continuous improvement across the contract.
