Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
• Assist the General Manager with financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate complaints and take actions to win back guests.
• Manage shifts, daily scheduling, planning and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Provide direction to staff, develop employees with feedback and performance reviews.
