Job summary

The Post Oak in Texas seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations at our high-volume, full-service venue. You will lead front-of-house teams with a hands-on, do-what-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain strict standards.

Responsibilities include managing costs and labor, ensuring health and safety compliance, verifying daily sales, payroll, and cash handling, and coaching staff to sustain performance. EOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Utilizes leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
