Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles.
• Strong ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations.
• Establishes operational plans, sets performance expectations, and implements management routines.
