Rogers Electric is hiring a Service Foreman to lead electrical projects across diverse site locations. You will plan, organize, and staff projects, review bid documents, and manage a team of electricians to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks by deadlines and urgency.
• Willingness to travel (90%), work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope and general conditions.
• Identify risks in scope to ensure related costs are covered.
• Set objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage electricians, assign daily tasks, and supply materials/equipment.
• Track crew hours, procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, and turnover activities.
