Job summary

Rogers Electric in the United States is seeking a Service Foreman to lead electrical field teams on commercial projects. You’ll plan, staff, and oversee execution, using your deep experience to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You’ll read blueprints, coordinate with Project Managers, manage crew hours and materials, and ensure daily progress reports using ProCore. Regular travel (90%), nights, weekends, and overtime are required, with strong communication and problem-solving needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating and updating company systems.
• ProCore proficiency and ability to generate daily reports.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel 90%, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope and general conditions.
• Identifies risks in scope of work to cover related costs.
• Establishes objectives, procedures, and performance standards to complete scope per contract.
• Manages team of electricians and provides materials/equipment for the scope.
• Manages crew labor hours, material procurement, scheduling equipment, and daily production reporting.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures PPE usage.
• Runs conduit/wire and installs/terminates devices.
• Troubleshoots and performs quality control testing.
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, turnover.
