Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a skilled Service Foreman to join our team. This role will lead electrical crews on commercial projects, plan staffing, review bids, and manage safety and quality. Expect extensive travel (90%), nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a commercial electrician and 3+ years as a Foreman overseeing large projects, with strong blueprint-reading and proficiency in ProCore, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and company systems such as ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline the scope of work and general conditions.
• Identify risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered.
• Establish objectives and standards to complete work per contract documents.
• Lead a crew of electricians, assign tasks, and provide materials/equipment.
• Manage labor hours, procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE compliance.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys and turnover activities.
