Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 3+ years in reliability/fleet engineering, asset performance, or risk management in energy.
• Understanding of combined-cycle power plants and major components; construction/commissioning experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage forecasts/budgets.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and technical interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate fleet-wide risks across multiple projects and contracts.
• Support root cause investigations and risk mitigation plans; contribute to training and reporting.
• Develop and maintain processes for fleet-risk tracking, data integrity, and enterprise-platform integration.
• Model business-impact scenarios and compare forecasts with actuals to quantify risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Operations, Commercial Operations, and Legal to build program support and deliver training.
