Diné Development Corporation in Quantico, VA is seeking a technical support professional to deliver Service Desk support for AFOSI networks and systems at multiple classification levels, including TS/SCI eligibility. This full-time role requires strong customer service, incident management, and hands-on IT skills.

Formación

• 5 years of technical support experience, including at least 3 years of Service Desk experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance or eligible.
• IAT Level II certification such as Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140.
• Strong desktop app administration and ITSM ticket resolution (ServiceNow).
• Experience with Active Directory; workstation imaging; mobile device management; Intune; device issuance.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Service Desk support for AFOSI networks and systems.
• Deliver end-to-end IT support including transitions, operations, maintenance, and backups.
• Resolve admin and technical issues; install and configure client/server devices.
• Document troubleshooting in the ITSM system.
• Identify trends and provide mitigation plans to avoid recurrences.
• Notify customers of ticket status changes and priorities.
• Support password resets, imaging, cabling, and Navy trouble-ticket coordination.
• Monitor tickets for outages and keep customers updated.
• Install equipment, peripherals, and software; ensure DoD policy compliance.
• Manage user accounts, device configuration, and hardware issuance.
• Support VPN, videoconferencing, and remote access before escalation.
