SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking a Senior Service Desk Technician for the Cryptologic and Cyber Division CCSD Security team at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. The position is temporary, project-based, lasting about 60 days. Candidates should have 5–8 years in service desk roles, experience with JWICS/NIPRNet/SIPRNet/Tier

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and customer interface for user needs and service requests.
• Management of tickets using appropriate systems; remote desktop assistance.
• Support JWICS, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, NSANet and Tier networks.
• Plan and respond to outages; diagnose software/hardware failures to resolution.
• Security-focused IT support aligned with STIG compliance.
