Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or Science disciplines; MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven commitment to customer-centric decision-making and growth opportunities.
• Proficient in end-to-end quantitative thinking and problem-solving.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Strong track record building cross-functional partnerships and alignment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with data storytelling.
• Proactive in anticipating dependencies and resolving gaps.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns scoping, planning, and delivery of service design projects with internal stakeholders.
• Knows when to apply service design tools and teaches them to others.
• Crafts visions of customer experience strategy through multi-stakeholder prototypes.
• Discerns needs of discrete stakeholders in complex service offerings.
• Articulates end-to-end service expectations to achieve alignment.
• Presents a compelling service vision driving energy and delivery of value.
• Aligns with product/partners to ensure roadmap clarity and dependencies.
• Negotiates priorities to maintain cohesive service vision and outcomes.
• Advocates for exceptional end-to-end experience delivery.
