Job summary

Korn Ferry Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer with active SC clearance to support the design and delivery of complex digital public-sector services. You will work across the full product delivery life cycle, from Discovery through deployment, translating research and evidence into effective end-to-end experiences.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance is mandatory.
• Significant experience as a Senior Service Designer delivering complex digital services.
• Strong end-to-end Service Design experience, from Discovery through to delivery/deployment.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centred, evidence-based and iterative design.
• Strong experience with journey mapping and service mapping.
• Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops involving complex stakeholder groups.
• Ability to analyse user needs, research and business objectives and translate these into design recommendations.
• Experience creating and testing design concepts and prototypes.
• Strong strategic design capability, including supporting scoping, roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Experience working in Agile multidisciplinary teams.

You will work across the full product delivery life cycle, from Discovery through to deployment, helping teams understand unmet user needs and translate research and evidence into effective end-to-end services.

• Strong end-to-end Service Design experience, from Discovery through to delivery/deployment.
